Peyush Pande,Phd (Wide bandgap materials (SiC/GaN))


Peyush Pande is a researcher by profession with over 16 years of experience ranging from industry to academia in India and abroad. Peyush has performed many roles varying from Research Assistant in an IC design company to Associate Professor in a University. He holds Graduate Diploma of Research Studies in Engineeringfrom Griffith University, Australia in which his thesis title was “Innovative technique for trap characterisation in GaN HEMT”.

Currently Peysuh is pursuing PhD from Griffith University, Australia where his research work is focused on characterisation of active traps in SiC MOSFETs. Peyush is associated with Queensland Micro- and Nanotechnology Centre (QMNC) where his research work in supported by Australian Nano Fabrication Facility (ANFF) and Australian Research Council (ARC). His current research interest include characterisation techniques and active defects in SiC MOSFETs and GaN HEMTs.
