We are elated to announce that Growdea Technologies has been recognized as a Startup Maharathi in the Health & Bio section at Startup Mahakumbh 2025, held at Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi. This prestigious honor marks a significant milestone in our journey of transforming the landscape of computational drug discovery and bioinformatics.

Startup Mahakumbh has emerged as India’s foremost national platform celebrating the depth, diversity, and dynamism of the country’s startup ecosystem. Building upon the tremendous momentum of its inaugural edition, which was graced by Shri Narendra Modi, Hon’ble Prime Minister of India, Startup Mahakumbh returned in 2025 with even greater scale, impact, and global visibility. The second edition, inaugurated by Union Commerce and Industry Minister Shri Piyush Goyal, was held at Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi, from April 3 to 5, 2025. Spearheaded by India’s foremost Startup Ecosystem Leaders and led by FICCI in collaboration with ASSOCHAM, IVCA, NASSCOM, TiE, Bootstrap Foundation, and other key industry stakeholders, the event received robust support from the National Startup Advisory Council (NSAC), DPIIT, Startup India, GeM (Presenting Partner), and SIDBI & ECGC (Powered by Partners). Under the theme ‘Startup India @ 2047: Unfolding the Bharat Story’, the event showcased disruptive innovations from across India, with particular emphasis on empowering startups from Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities. The 2025 edition marked a major milestone in India’s startup journey, bringing together 2,923 exhibitors, 103,349 unique attendees, and attracting over 2.5 lakh exhibition footfall, solidifying its position as India’s largest startup showcase.

The conference hosted 10 sectoral pavilions covering AI, Deeptech & Cybersecurity, HealthTech & BioTech, AgriTech, Energy & Climate Tech, Incubators & Accelerators, D2C, FinTech, Gaming & Sports, B2B & Precision Manufacturing, Defence & Space Tech, and Mobility. Across these sectors, 751 speakers participated in 211 curated sessions, while 15,983 B2B meetings fostered valuable collaborations. A standout feature was the Startup MahaRathi Grand Challenge, which facilitated critical access to funding, mentorship, and market linkages for startups. More than 1,052 startup founders benefited from personalized mentoring delivered by 133 domain experts, while 1,091 investors actively engaged in the event. With participation from over 60 countries, Startup Mahakumbh 2025 truly emerged as a global platform for collaboration, innovation, and entrepreneurial growth—unfolding the Bharat startup story and charting a bold vision for India’s innovation landscape toward 2047.

At Growdea Technologies, we remain dedicated to building intelligent, accessible, and efficient computational platforms for drug discovery and life sciences research. Our flagship offerings, Analogue — an AI-powered in-silico drug design platform—and a GPU-accelerated graphical interface for in-silico-based drug discovery are empowering researchers to accelerate discovery processes with unprecedented precision and speed. Beyond these platforms, our expertise extends across the entire spectrum of in-silico drug discovery, including molecular docking, free energy calculations, QSAR modeling, ADME/Tox predictions, and advanced biomolecular simulations. By integrating artificial intelligence, cheminformatics, structural biology, and physics-based simulations, we deliver comprehensive solutions that address multiple stages of the drug development pipeline. Our platforms and scientific services enable researchers across academia and industry to conduct advanced molecular research without requiring deep expertise in coding or high-performance computing infrastructure.

Receiving the Startup Maharathi award in the Health and Bio category serves as a strong validation of our scientific vision and the real-world impact we are striving to create. This recognition acknowledges our persistent efforts to democratize complex bio-computational technologies and bring them closer to solving healthcare challenges. Reflecting on this achievement, Dr. Avinash Mishra, CEO of Growdea Technologies, remarked that the award represents a proud and humbling moment for the entire team, reaffirming their commitment to advancing innovation in computational drug discovery.

This recognition inspires us to further accelerate our mission. In the coming months, we aim to expand our reach across global research institutes and industry partners, introduce advanced modules for generative molecule design and protein engineering, and continue empowering life sciences researchers with the tools they need to innovate with confidence and efficiency.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the organizers of Startup Mahakumbh 2025, to our partners, clients, and to every individuals who has believed in our mission. Growdea Technologies remains committed to pushing the boundaries of biotechnology innovation, and this recognition is only the beginning of an even more ambitious journey ahead.
