He investigates biomolecule dynamics and predict drug-protein interactions, aiding in therapeutic design. Role Description: Akshat is a Software Developer working as a AI/ML developer in Growdea Technologies. As a member of the Growdea team, he is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing AI/ML models and algorithms using Python and relevant libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn). He works closely with the team to test and validate AI/ML models, ensuring their accuracy and reliability.

MANJUSHA GOVINDH

Designation: Jr.Bioinformatician

Qualification: M.Sc, Bharathiar University, 2023

Role Description: Manjusha, as a Junior Bioinformatician at Growdea Technology, specializes in Molecular Modeling, Docking Studies, QSAR Modeling, ADME/T Prediction, and Lead Optimization. Her role extends to Data Analysis, Genome Assembly, Variant Calling, Transcriptome Analysis, Bioinformatics Pipelines, Data Interpretation, Reporting, Visualization, Literature Research, and Manuscript Writing. As a valuable team member, Manjusha contributes to predicting drug-protein interactions, aids in therapeutic design, and supports data analysis for researchers and professionals. With a keen focus on staying updated with scientific literature, she actively participates in the dynamic and innovative bioinformatics initiatives at Growdea Technology.

Role Description: Altaf Hussain, our External Business Consultant, holds an MSc degree and is a seasoned biotechnologist with a rich and diverse background. His career encompasses successful ventures in startups, a strong track record in sales, marketing, and branding, as well as a role as an academic consultant. With his entrepreneurial spirit and comprehensive skill set, Altaf contributes significantly to our team’s growth and innovation

PROF. ANURAG S RATHORE

Designation: MENTOR

Qualification: Ph.D., Yale University, 1998

Role Description: Anurag Rathore, a Professor in the Department of Chemical Engineering at IIT Delhi, brings a wealth of industry experience, including five years at Pharmacia Corporation, where he led the Somavert Process Team to FDA and EMEA approval in 2003. Following this, he joined Amgen to lead late-stage process development. Since 2009, he has been a Professor at IIT Delhi. Anurag Rathore also serves as a mentor at Growdea Technologies, sharing his expertise with emerging talent.

DR. SATYANARAYAN RAO

Designation: AI/ML ADVISOR

Qualification: Ph.D., University of Southern California, 2018

Role Description: Dr. Satyanarayan Rao, an esteemed AI/ML Advisor, brings a wealth of expertise to the team. With a Ph.D. in Computational Biology from the University of Southern California and extensive research experience, including 11 publications and a patent, he excels in Big Data Science, Machine Learning, NGS data analysis, and various programming languages. Dr. Rao’s dedication to professional development was recognized with the American Association for Cancer Research (AACR) Annual Meeting 2021 Professional Development Award.
